    i would like to suggest you to use windows 7 because it is more secure than windows xp.it is also easy to handle and through this operating system you can enjoy new features.

    Install anti-virus software for virus scanning.


    If the problem still not resolved,I think the best way is to reinstall Windows Xp.

    After installation, immediately install antivirus software.
