    I am wondering where could i buy the cheapest OEM XP PRO license ?

    I have found a few on Ebay but i am not sure whether if they are legal licenses.
    100% logal ones cost about $130

    like you said, ebay would be the best way to go. I have seen some not liscensed or legal but most are.
