I would like to say WinXp is much better Vista, I have installed Vista, then I have found there were lots of software couldn't run under Vista, spent another day to reinstalled Xp.
Terrible experience, waste time and money!

    Hi,
I am comfortable with windows-xp in stead of vista just because of the speed and quality, and also dont want to have the prob of hanging.

I migrated from XP to vista last year and stuck to my guns. it def a superior product. and faster when it comes to just plain services like email and web.

now i have to tell you i have the CR of windows 7 and it is far far Superior. cant wait for the real release.

At the moment I'm preferring Vista, simply because I haven't had any problems with it so far, works like a dream, except for having to edit permissions to save in program directory files  annoying. Nothing else bothers me about it, I've only recently switched though. When windows 7 comes out though...poof goes vista I Say XD

I prefer XP unless the PC I have has Vista pre-installed, I which case I'd leave it :)

I don't think I'm gonna take the Vista step. I'll probably wait till Windows 7 SP1 or SP2 are out before making the switch from XP.

I have both on separate computers at home. Very much prefer XP, although depending on what I am doing Vista does have some nice points to it.

Windows Vista is better than XP. Though Vista requires more RAM to run.

I have once installed my PC with vista because of its interface but reinstalled back with XP. I'm more comfortable using XP instead of Vista.
