Windows XP Help: Maximum number of processes. URGENT, PLEASE!

    Yes, I know here is not right place, but if someone knows, please help me. This is very urgent.
    In my PC seems that Windows XP allows only 150 simultanous processes, I cannot open anymore when task manager shows "150 processes". Can we have more at one time? How?
    Please, help. This is very urgent.

    if it says that 150 is the max, i dont tihnk you can have anymore. may i ask why u want to run so many processes?

    I have install one application that creates many background processes.
    Is some way to adjust this number, by regedit for exp.?
