Hey there, I can give you my direct MSN and such as well. Our support isn't always right on the helpdesk to pickup tickets but things like our live chat and such are always a good way too I don't always get a chance to get on tickets my self working on upgrades and maintenance so sometimes there are spots where someone might not be able to watch them.
