Buying Windows VPS

    Hi,

    I know there are plenty of ads here for VPS, but I want a Windows VPS which is fairly cheap and is free or near enough free for the first month. This is due to experimenting with needing a machine which can host a flash (type) chat and I don't want to spend to much if it doesn't work. However if it does I will want to continue with the host I pick, so you need to have a decent reliability.

    Cheapest I've found is for $15, let me know if you can do better and what your plan comes with.
