What's up with the downtime?? It0s been 3 days with no VPS. And NO support what so ever for the past 3 days!! Not even PM here.
That forum seems to be for outages. This situation seems somewhat different in that not only have the systems been down for days, but there is no contact whatsoever with the providor. Not one person seems to have had a response, myself included. Yet their billing system seems fine. This is a warning for those considering this company. Hiding it over in the outages section, could result in more people being ripped off. Their service has been fine up till now, but this is more than just a simple server down situation.
