    I need it for downloading/uploading movies. I will delete it as soon as it's uploaded. It will not be shared through the VPS, so don't worry.

    Specs should be
    At least 384mb ram bursted could be 1gb :]
    300-500 gb bw

    budget is $10 a month. I'm on a really low budget right now.

    I agree, you won't get anything reliable or stable for $10/month with that much bandwidth. Especially windows considering windows license isn't free.

    Hi, Microsoft charges SPLA resellers about $18 for the windows license per month so your budget isn't going to work. Have a look at www.vserverpro.com for pricing. There are coupon codes floating around out there as well, try BOGOF for a free month after your first month.

    Windows is the thing which makes it difficult at this price
    You can get a basic (VPS linux-unmanaged) from burst.net but then they do not allow anything illegal so.. :/
