Buying Windows VPS - RDP

    Hi,
    I need Windows VPS-RDP with these things:
    - at least 20GB HDD
    - at least 512MB Ram
    - Unlimited BW
    - I prefer that the company be from France.
    - I need the RDP for downloading and uploading files
    - Before I buy I want to ping the IP of the RDP
    - Payment by Paypal.

    * I need the RDP for only upload few episodes and then you can close the account (so I need the RDP for little time, when I finish to upload all I don't need it anymore) *


    Please suggest your offers.
