Well you can try hosting ie (just google them). If you want an outstanding German vps try netdirekt (they speak great english and it will be in English) Also a couple other good providers is exportal.pl (German with English option on website - reseller of netdirekt) Your speed would be better with netdirekt as exportal is a reseller of netdirekt. You will find several German providers who are resellers of netdirekt. Only thing is the vps is in linux. For windows you could try hostingamerica they have very cheap windows vps but are in USA. I know someone from Europe that uses them and gets about 10 mbps speed. Their support is pretty good and they set you up in no time. All these providers accept paypal too. Another provider who is in the process of adding vps to their offers is leaseweb. You will not find any beter and more reliable provider than leaseweb. They host in the Netherlands. They should have thir vps solutions up and running in a few weeks. I know many people who have dedicated servers with them. There are other providers who will sell you a cheap vps, but remember you get what you pay for. The ones I have mentioned are the cream of the crop and provide excellent services. I do know someone mentioned ovh. They have pretty fast dedicated servers but their support is kind of lacking. Hosting ie is the same, as it can take them a couple weeks to get you up and running. My recommendation would be hosting america for the price you want and they include a lot of freebies. They will have you up and running very shortly too. Good luck with your hunt. If you are absolutely determined to have it in Europe thn my suggestion is to wait a couple weeks till leaseweb offers it. Their reputation precedes them.
