Buying Windows VPS - Germany

    My budget is no more than $10 as I can get cheap VPS, but I'm looking for a more reliable provider.

    Windows server 2003 is fine.
    100Mbps port.

    Please post what specs you can deliver with that budget.

    Edit: Hypervm alone, no Windows is also a possibility.
    I have a MSDN account so I could install my own license, removing that extra cost for you.

    Many providers use Windows DataCenter version which allows them unlimited vps's for a flat rate so there may not be any value in letting you use your own license when the provider gets unlimited licenses from MS.
