Well, windows 7 is basicly an upgraded Vista with tweaks so it would be the best choice nowadays if you're going for a MS product. Mind you, however, that if you're going for 7 you might be interested in a 64bit system that will allow you to use more than 3gb of memory and take advantage of your hardware.
I like Windows 7 more, I find it "user friendly". It's like the difference between a good product and a great one. I also think that Windows 7 manages your computer resources better and it's closer to the user with the new features it brings. This is just my personal oppinion.
Windows 7 is better but more resource hungry as it is made for new computers. 512 MB RAM is not enough RAM to run Windows 7. You need at least 1 GB RAM to run Windows 7. Personally for a better performance I would recommend 2 GB or more.
This is very crucial question because both windows are best and both are mircrosoft products. If you are graphically then visa is best bt window 7 some best feature than vista. So, it depend on customer requirements.
I have tried both but am sticking with XP for sure, XP is much more organized and easier to control for me. However, choosing between Vista and Windows 7 is very easy for me, Windows 7. Windows 7 is what Windows Vista should have been.
i never use windows vista. but windows xp is working quiet well. i am also having 512 mb ram but pc doesn't work fast. soon i will replace 512 mb ram with 1Gb
l have computer workshop. i install both oprating system. but win7 is very best from vista. but the full performis give both oprating systems with 1 gb ram capecity.
