I just bought it, and I am thinking about upgrading from 2gb of ddr2 to 4gb ddr2.

Anyway, will the 32bit vista ultimate read 4gb ddr2?

    Yep it will.

I have 64bit vista, works well with 4Gb ddr2. 32bit will work just fine also :D

What shite are you talking ahkip?

All version's come in both 32 and 64 bit. Yes, vista ultimate 32bit will recognize 4gb of ram, although it gave my graphics card 512mb of it, it still picked it up.

Although true that wasn't very nice.

Ultimate does come in 32bit as well, I have both versions here (32bit is my dads, 64bit is mine...:D).

What's the main difference between 64 bits and 32 bits? Is 64 bits faster?

I got a student discount on the one website, and it was the vista ultimate upgrade 32 bit only.
