Windows Vista -Help me fix security problem !

I have started Vista Loading and once i got into it i do not know what happen, security center has turned off, and when i try to turn it on, it give me error saying " the security center service can't be started. "

I have no idea what to do to fix this ?! can you help ?

Basically you need to open the vista services and set the security center service startup type to automatic and then start the service.

blichev, Thanks very much, I just did not change anything i just start windows and its like this, what do you think happen dose someone hack my PC and stop the service ?

 

It could be some security software like an antivirus installed by you recently.
