I have changed my user name from Francisco to User and now I get many path errors. Example:

    [Window Title]
    Location is not available

    [Content]
    C:\Users\francisco\Desktop is not accessible.

The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.

    [OK]

Which method did you actually use to rename the user account? It sounds like it did not complete. You should download a registry search and replace application and search your registry for Francisco, and replace with User. Good luck.

Definitely something I can relate to! :D
And yeah, the method mentioned above should work. If not, snoop around the web for related issues.
