Buying [Windows Virtual Private Server] [Game Server Host] [$45 Monthly Budget]

    I am looking for a Windows virtual private server to host my public world of warcraft server.

    Here are the minimum specs i am looking to get at my $45 monthly budget (Paid via PayPal)

    Windows Server 2003 - 3 GHZ CPU - 3 GB RAM - 25 GB HDD - 1 TB BW/MO

    I am not looking for a crappy VPS that is already loaded with a bunch of people using applications that are using a lot of resources, I am looking for a high quality host that is looking for a long term costumer who will soon upgrade to a dedicated server. The VPS must also have a fast internet connection (Speedtest.net)

    I will bring you in new customers if i like your service and if you have an affiliate program.
