Hello, I'm trying to set up a screen share using this program

    http://www.nchsoftware.com/screen/screenshots.html

I'm wondering how to redirect tcp/ip port 89 to my public IP host in my server 2008 so it can be accessible from web(see the screen below) .

I believe if you have an access to your router, it might be possible.
Just to clear up things: Do you want "public" to access your site, and then the traffic will redirect to your own computer Windows2008 (destination) on port 89?
If that's the matter, I'm certainly in no doubt that you can only make it happen through your router and/or layer 3 or 4 protocol configuration, since Windows application is in layer 7 (7 Layer OSI Model)

You have to configure this on your router and not on your windows server
