    problem with windows server 2003. on this server exploer page does not open, although ping Ust

    What's the matter?

    Hi,

    Lots of things could be the problem from a poorly configured firewall to IIS being stopped.

    Your best be would be to login to the server and see if IIS is running.

    Another thing is, if it's managed, I would ask your provider to look into it as well.
