Windows Server 2003 IIS WWW Redirect for SEO

I have a site with a lot of indexed pages and I want the PR to be for the www. prefix only. I am running Windows Server 2003 with IIS. How can I do that?

Are you on dedicated server or shared? Are you using php or asp?

 

I am on a dedicated server which I own and is placed in collocation. I am using ASP and have full access to everything, including IIS.
