Buying * Windows * Remote Desktop Account

Hello,

I want to buy remote desktop account for my personal use.

I would like the freedom to install any software, tho you can install it for me if you really want to.

Ram prefer (756mb-1g) - 512 is ok too, but would like it if i can upgrade later
Space: 25GB (probably only using 13GB or so)
Bandwidth: Not much.

Budget: avg $30 , more is ok, but prefer less of course I would be more than willing to go upwards $100 later as I do more work.

OS= XP / windows 7 (no ubuntu,windows 2003,2008 server)

Would love it if I can test this server so I can see that it's something I would use.

I would NOT be using this to download/upload anything (like torrents), nor would I use it for websites.

i've seen some dedicated on google for as low as $30 (linux tho...)

 

You will get windows server 2003 or 2008 !

But not XP/Vista on 30$
