I had these types of accounts before with higher specs but i lost contact with those people..

Because those people most likely just ran with the money after a while. What you're asking for is highly oversold and I'd guess, highly unreliable.

 

whats a vnc,, u dont mean ubnute? also will i be abel to run things like utorrent , .exe types files

 

VNC gives you a GUI to work with on linux. just like remote desktop. You can login using a vnc viewer and you'll see a desktop etc. But for exe files to run, you'd need to install WINE.

Many people prefer VNC because it's easy to install/manage and it's on linux so it's free.

 

Wait so if i have a Linux centos VPS i can install wine on it and run softwares like utorrent , game servers etc?

i just read through wine wiki and it honestly looks soo much work i would prefer a Windows Remote Desktop account

 

If I have a VPS with centos installed can I install this software there?? I know linux VPS are very cheap these days. May be this will solve OP's problem too.

 

Yeah, you can install VNC there. I've done it for plenty of clients. As for utorrent, it depends on how you want to run it. I believe there are softwares available for linux only. And Gameservers usually have a linux version of them on the server side. I run a few game servers at home on a fedora machine without WINE.

And WINE IS a lot of work. But if you pay your host or get a managed service or even semi-managed service, they should be able to install it for you. But if you do prefer windows RDP then just aim for that. But either way, your budget and spec requirements are way off ratio.
