Windows Mobile Software Site - Revenue / Traffic / Forum

i am the owner and creator of wm6software.net The site has been up since the last week of July and is very active. The site basically revolves around Windows Mobile based software, it is incorporated into the PHPBB3 user management system and currently has 2500+ registered members.

Features:
Completely custom coded by me.
SEO'd - URL rewriting, custom keywords/descriptions, categories, etc...
Marketed - i have put 100-200$ into marketing/links/dir submissions etc.
Currently forum has: Total posts 148 • Total topics 53 • Total members 2736
about 10-20 members register a day.
site has made about 100-150 so far. about 40-70 a month on adsense (PM for screenshots).
most traffic is organic (google, other search engines), some is from a link exchange with wm6themes.com.

This site has great potential and has only been up for a while, though ranks high for many keywords and will do even better in months to come.

the reason for this sale is i really need the money due to circumstantial reasons, and even though this is my baby, it is time for me to part with it.

the domain name is registered with godaddy and is good till july-ish 2008.

site requires about 5-10 min of work a day to keep active (i will instruct buyer on how to do this).

with about 50$ revenue x 10 the site should go for about $500. But since this is a hot niche and everything is custom coded and has much more potential with given time. i'm starting bids at $750.
