Windows Macro Utilities

I'm considering investing in a windows macro utility. I looked into them about 6 months ago to automate some application testing, but I ended up not buying one. Now I'm thinking it would be a great tool for automating some things for web site management - taking thumbshots of sites, summarizing articles with copernic, etc. and maybe even doing some cheap and easy scraping to try out some things before I spend a bunch of time on a perl or php script.

Does anybody out there use a windows macro utility and have a recommendation?

something along the lines of http://www.mjtnet.com/ or http://www.macros.com/

Sounds really interesting, nevetS, but I haven't used one before, although I'm certainly going to look into it now that you've mentioned it. I guess if I was choosing, I would go for the one recommended by Steve Gibson, of GRC.com, but I don't see a way of verifying his recommendation.
