Has anyone else purchased OneCare, taken it home and installed it to find it doesn't work on 64bit platforms??? I did and now I have to try and get a refund for it. The most annoying thing is that it wasn't mentioned on the site I bought it from anywhere . Looks like I'm going back to BitDefender.

Microsoft makes good quality products and there is nothing wrong with Vista. I'd like to see your version of OneCare or Vista??? No point bashing Microsoft when you personally can't do better.

hold on a sec. windows 98 and then windows 98se, then ME and 2000 how many service packs for windows 2000? windows XP, how many service packs for that?

they sell the crap and then go about fixing the bugs, would you pay for a car without tyres? or would you buy the car and take it home, and wait till they sent you tyres for it? but in the meantime there is nothing wrong with using the car without tyres while you wait for the bits that will make it run as it should.

MS make good quality stuff? you're having a laugh :D

from the guy that cant get a 32bit program to run on a 64bit machine lol i rest my case.

There is loads of alterative products to Microsoft's yet everyone buys Microsoft's stuff then complain about it to the cows come home. Nobody said that you HAVE to use Microsoft's stuff.

No I wasn''t having a laugh. I used Microsoft stuff for numberous years and have had no problems with any of their stuff. What's the big deal about the service packs and bugs etc, Microsoft releases patches for them and if you have automatic updates on it fixes it be itself.

With regards to the not getting 32bit to work on 64bit and looked around the internet and nobodys can seem to get a 32bit VIRUS SCANNER to work (that I founhd anyway).

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, there is no need to rant off at me :(
