Windows Live Office - how does it give free domains?

was looking through another forum and found that microsoft offer free domains and email [,com, .net, .org...] anyone know how they can give them for free? was going to sign up, but they need a credit card to verify you. plus, i am too young.

could anyone sign up for the basic [free] package for me - i only need someone to do the credit card bit. none of my family have credit cards, so we cant

You have to host with them (free), you cannot use HTML, PHP or MySQL. You can only use their site builder interface to build sites.

 

What a joke! Stupid Microsoft...
