Windows Desktop Clients for Twitter?

    can anyone guide to lists, reviews of the various clients that exist for twitter (for windows os)? I am only familiar with tweetdeck, and it does work for me, so I want to see what else is out there. Also if you have an recommendation please say.

    have you try echofon ? this twitter client support multiple accounts and include a nifty Detail Window that enables you to easily see entire conversations and user details.
