Many people don't know that Windows XP (SP2+) has a built in text editor. (I'm not sure about Vista or W7, never tried it.) To open the program: 1. Click the Start button. 2. Select Run. 3. Type in: eudcedit.exe 4. Press enter. If that didn't open the program for some reason, try this alternative: 1. Open up My Computer. 2. Browse to your C:\ drive. 3. Open the WINDOWS folder. 4. Open the System32 folder (not the System folder). 5. Find the file eudcedit.exe and double click it. So no more scouring the web for free font creating/editiong programs, microsoft has done the work for you!
