Buying Windows/ASP.net Hosting -Shared

I am looking to host two sites on the same shared hosting plan.

One is built using Drupal (PHP/MySql)
Other one uses ASP.net

Both sites receive very minimal traffic (less than 50 visits a day) and don't consume much space also.
Here are some of the things that i am looking at

- cpanel/FTP
- 2 domains
- 500 MB space
- Support for ASP.net / PHP
- 2 MySQL databases

Both sites are for a non-profit charitable organization and we are not looking to pay much. The company or the reseller should be a reliable one.

It is also fine if you sublet some space on your server and charge minimally.

Please post your budget please... and will the WINDOWS 2003 with Plesk Cp will be okay for you???

HELM is for Windows hosting.
