Rumors said that Windows 8 will integrate Kinect - http://www.windows8update.com/2011/01/15/rumors-for-windows-8-kinect-integration-is-a-go/
I suggest that you get your reality glasses back on, Windows 8 Release, as far as known, is slated for late 2012-2013, 3D isn't going to be standard for most users, and definitely not for power/business users. theres been some talks that some major changes will be coming, File System etc, but you have to understand that Microsoft can't change everything in such a short period of time, they have limitations like hardware, adoption rates of new technologies. Windows 7 was the first iteration to Formally Support SSD's, its possible that Windows 8 will be the first to formally support 3D, but it still won't be mainstream by then, i think the changes that will be, will be less visible and more Core-changes, there have been rumors of Microsoft replacing NT, or that Win 8 will be the last version of the Windows family and after that it will be replaced, any way it will be, we are definitely moving forward with these new exciting changes.
Yes, you are right, i agree to you that Windows 8 will bring a smarter faster and latest service to computer operating system.
