Windows 8 Skype

    Hi All,

    I am using windows 8 these..it is good but I have one question. Can we use desktop version of skype on while using windows 8.. I want to use desktop version and when I start installing the software its just not proceeding further I dont know what is happening its just says installing...and its just going on n going on but not completing the process..please help me with this..I really need some valuable suggestions..

    Try running the installer as administrator. Are you logged in as a user or an administrator?

    you should install the one online. if it didn't work, try to disable skype in the control panel

    I had also faced this problem.
    Try first uninstall skype app then then run the installer.
    This works in my case
