    Thisis a very SEO friendly domain name and with very little effort could rank very high in SE.

    I have had this website for a few months and I just don't feel like working with it anymore. The domain is about 20 months old and the hosting is still good for about ten months.

    To the winner I will transfer remaining hosting and domain name with the site.

    What about the fact that you have trademarks in the domain name? Don't people consider the fact that with the flick of a switch Microsoft can shut down your website and sue you for damages if the site becomes big? Well they can do it at any time, but wouldn't likely waste their time unless the site became very big, which would generally be goal of the site owner.

    The site has little traffic , maybe 10-15 uniques a day. Has lot of backlinks I just dont have the time to work SEO with all of these websites.

    it showing that the reg date of the domain is 30th April 2009. How could you said that the domain is 20 months Old?

    Microsoft can sue you because of copyright issues, if the site gets big or at anytime (like someone said)
    I wouldn't feel safe buying this domain...

    lol..... guys I bought it from somebody two months ago so Im not an expert in its history. I used one of the tools here to check backlinks and it says its the site is: 1 years and 211 days old

    Bid accordingly. The forum I just added recently.
