Ive heard its going to look like Windows Vista, only have better functions tht vista missed out i think..although it wud make more sense to give updates for vista..but anyway
I quite vista as don't have only 512 mb RAM. though it looks pretty good , i never ever gonna try this !!
To run this windows i'll have to upgrade the ram to 4gb, to upgrade the ram i'll have to upgrade the motherboard, while upgrading the motherboard i'll have to buy compatible processor too. I think i should start saving money from now.
these look like screens/themes for xp or vista to me, i don't think this will take place as offical microsoft stuff.
using vista on high performance pc .? i think it will work faster if u use the same memory in Windows XP !
I'm happy with Vista and actually was happy with XP, but upgraded only for program support. Now I may have to upgrade again. Microsoft should wait a few years before requiring an upgrade.
Windows 7= Vista 2 Sorry but I am a true Mac man and think that Windows 7 will be a Vista 2.... XP is windows most stable OS known...atm Windows=Suck power Thats why you need 4 gigs of ram to run Windows 7...talk about saving the enivorment...Micosoft wont be doing so... I will need a new outlet to plug in my supercomputer if I upgrade to Windows 7...let alone buy a damn super computer... Windows Outlets..."Plug in and play with your Windows 7...its like teaching a baby to smoke"
This is just my opinion, but I think that as for right now, XP is the way to go. I'm not bashing on Vista/Windows 7, but I feel that as of right now, XP is the most stable and compatible Windows OS right now. It's a good balance of looks and processing usage. However, in a couple of years, XP will become outdated, and maybe Windows 7 will be the next big OS. I mean, a few years ago, Windows 2000 was probably the stable one.
Techmedia, the source of advertising where you should not be. Back On topic. I think Windows 7 will be a flop. I can't see what magical difference there can be between Vista and Windows 7.....
The only question I have is will it run through VMWare on my Macbook Pro? I hope the screen shots are fake....pretty maybe but practical? not so much. Peace, DJ Bill
