    VISTA must not be the competitor for Windows 7 because Vista sucks! Windows 7 should be way better than XP. :D

    With Vista flopping like it is, I'm sure they'll rush Windows 7 into gold status. I don't see it happening in 2009 though, there's just no way.

    Yes, it is true. Microsoft have said they intend to release Windows 7 next year, in 2009, for BETA testing ONLY. Remember how early Vista was released to developers before it was actually released to the public? Yeah, same story.

    I want a Singularity release, it's the best OS project ever. Better than everything that exists now.
    And I think Windows 7 will be released in 2010.

    I would like to see Microsoft dramatically improve Windows XP before creating an entirely new operating system. However, I must say that anything Microsoft makes is better than Mac.
