Windows 7 Beta available for download officially

    Finally after lot of buzz about the Windows 7 beta and it’s leak on different torrent sites , Steve Ballmer the CEO of Microsoft has announced the release of Windows 7 beta in the CES 2009 on 7th January 2009.

    The release has been available on TechNet and MSDN and would be available for public beta later this week this is on 9th January 2009.The ISO file name available on technet is en_windows_7_beta_checked_build_dvd_x86_x15-29063.iso

    The technet and MSDN subscribers can download the Windows 7 beta release from the technet and MSDN sites.

    Thanks for the news, will definitely check this out for sure I'm hating windows vista at the moment and looking forward to something better, that hasn't been rushed out there.

    I'm also waiting for windows7... After release of the windows7 I'll buy a pc or lappy that meets its requirement.

    I started with windows 3.1 then to some mac version I dont remeber ( but a white monitor box) then to XP, then to vista and now Ubuntu.
    I liked xp but vista seemed to be much stable for me. ( Leaving computer on for weeks, XP wont boot and give me many errors, however vista took too much of my HDD space) At one time I deleted 8 GB of temporary files

    Ubuntu nice good thing. but browsers carshes are bit annoying but I can keep my eyes close and do all my transaction online.
    I can never feel safe online with any windows product but still they are eyecandy to me because of their usability and widespread use.
    I tried installing mac on my AMD, but no lcuk . I want to try it!!!!

    Even with its many bugs, Windows 7 is way faster than Vista with SP1. It's zoomin!
