i had purchase remote desktop from him last month and first 10 days it is working okay. After that i cannot access to it. I hv been send u several messages to him and he didnot hv time to response to my question. He didnot bother to give me any reply.. Do any one face these problem. People , you better take care when u purchase it. I donot think that he provide good service. Very poor communication.

There has been a major problem on the data center, the rest of the world are having problems connecting to amsterdam last week. But now it's all fixed, I got a VPS from jacob too and now its fixed. Check your remote desktop now, I'm sure its fixed again.

There was a huge downtime in a big network in the netherlands. They are located with a few of their servers there too so I think their support desk has not read your messages. I think you should e-mail them at and that counts for all people as you can see they wont respond on digitalpoint because they received a temp ban.
Don't start moaning here in this topic, e-mail them because you can see the topic starter has a problem logging in at DP. It is not nice to post bad messages here if you know they cannot respond to you here.

 

Well, I know that Jacob would answer 100 percent, but like you see, he is banned till 15th...so, 3 days more he will be unavailable to answer on all question on digital point

DP banned the TS again because he posted a topic in the buy and sell forum. The topic was a normal sales topic but a noob moderator moved it to the freebies section and gave him an infraction. DP is really getting worse everyday.

 

At first I was happy with their services but right now its full of crap, RDA is not working and hosting always have port 80 problems. I wonder what happened to their good old quality service.. too bad its gone..

One of their RDA servers is indeed having some problems, they are working on it. Their other RDA servers do not have any problems.

They said the problems with this RDA server will be fixed within 24 hours.
