This is not a programming issue, it sounds like that machine is totally hosed (registry corrupted or system installation corrupted). You can't upgrade to an OS made in the last decade?

The two messages show you that there is a kernel32.dll error appearing on your computer definitely. In this case, you can go to check out kernel32.dll file. Commonly, it can be found in Winfows System directory:C:\\Windows\system32. If it is missing, you can take an intact file from the other normal computer with the same version of system. Moreove, you need to run a skillful antivirus software for your computer to remove all of the virus. Finally,Most of Windows exe errors are related to registry problems. In such case, you need to scan your Windows registry totally. An outstanding registry cleaner can help you do the job professionally.http://www.topckit.com
