Which hosting is compatiable with adsense ? Some say windos hosting does'nt work well . Share ur experiences .
over all most will say that windows hosting doesn't work but it does. linux is open to most changes (updates)
yes using linux hosting you can do with your site windows will also work main is loading speed of sites.....more visitors more clicks on ads...
I think both hosting types is compatible with adsense services. Only thing is Linux hosting is more reliable and less problem..
Its nothing to do with hosting... adsense is not a script its just the code that you put it on your site... so this will basically depend on your hosting how it works... as people are saying linux is better than windows agreed... but if the windows server are also managed the correct way - i mean if the load is balanced properly... then there is not an issue... adsense will work in any platform its not platform depended... Adsense is JavaScript and therefore client-side scripting. It is processed by the visitor's browser and not the server. The hosting platform is irrelevant to the display of ads.
i've always had problems (not with adsense but with other compatability issues) when using windows hosting so now i always choose a linux host
yeah hosting do not matter really for adsense. But i prefer linux because its fast and it has a long range of compatibility. Thats why i choose linux for hosting my websites. also hacking linux is more diffiult as compared to windows. Use windows hosting only if you have to use a MS SQL data base Regards F--K
As stated above- hosting doesn't matter for adsense- but Linux is a wider recognized (and used, which makes it cheaper) platform. has better support with programs scripts etc
It really depends on what you plan to run on your server to be honest. If you want MS-SQL or ASP.NET then go for a Windows server, if you plan to just run the likes of PHP and MySQL etc then Linux server will be better and also cheaper probably as you do not need to pay for the Software license in most cases with Linux.
Happy that you joined adsense there is really competitive world outside making strategy to earn from adsense. There nothing such as compatibility issue with adsense and hosting server.You can choose your familiar hosting and can start up. Linux hosting is best, as it usually is more stable provided your host isn't doing constant upgrades and such. Furthermore, it's best to use Linux if you want to run anything that's php based, as php on windows is a little tricky, and asp is a horrible thing, anyway. (can anyone tell I'm biased...heck...I use Archlinux for my desktop machine).
