    Hey,

My friend has had a new harddrive put on his computer ( C ) and his old one is now a second drive ( E ). However all the programs and stuff are still installed on "E". I was wondering is it somehow possible to get everything from the registry that was on "E" and merge it with whats on "C" so the programs work once again?

In the "Windows\System32\Config" folder there are the normal plain registry data files (without an extension) but I cannot do anything with them either.

    Any ideas?

I would suggest to do a ghost image of e: and transfer it to c: Nothing simpler than that.
