No cash prizes? Just ad space?

It's mainly ad space, although there's also a blog report and a custom Twitter background.

The contest is aimed at bloggers, and these prizes will be incredibly useful to anyone who owns a site.

why you did not give detail of your blog contest on your post?

i see on your blog that $800 is not a real money..
it is an advertisement bonus.. did you?

Because I've already written all the info out once, so I'm not too keen on writing it all out again.

It's not "real money", no. It's mainly advertisement, yes.

Did I ever say it was "real money"? No. I said it was over $800 WORTH of prizes, meaning the prizes have a combined value of over $800.

Jeez, now I remember why I don't visit DP anymore

What is it with people on this forum?! haha.

OK, guys, I'll cut you a deal. If you're not interested in the contest I'm hosting, then don't enter. I'm not forcing you to, I'm not ramming it in your face; I've posted a discreet thread letting you know about it. If you don't want to enter, why would you come on this thread and complain? Some people are just ridiculous.

Also, the valuation is based on what you would pay for the prizes if you were to buy them.

For example, I would charge $47 for the blog report, and Twitart would charge $78 for the custom Twitter background.

The way prices work, is that if you want the thing, you pay for it. If you don't want it, do you stand there complaining?

I hope the answer is 'no'. If it's the opposite, then you have problems (sorry to put it so bluntly).
