It is based on a monthly competition, for example in April it will be offered a free iPod. The winner is announced in the last day of the month

How can you make money from it?
Monetization of this website is very easy. You are telling people that you are giving things for free. But, in fact, before they can register to the website, the CPALead widget appear (check it out http://www.win-gifts.com/wp-register.php) and they have to finish a survey to take a confirmation code. Without the confirmation code they cannot register. So even if they find a way to skip the survey, they will still need that confirmation code to register.
