I started a newsletter on my reality tv site and am going to give away a $50.00 Amazon.com gift card by picking an email from the subscriber list. You can join here http://www.reality-tv-online.com/mailer/?p=subscribe&id=2.

This is my first attempt with a Newsletter and will probably give away something each month if it is half successful. If anyone is willing to spread the word about this, I would appreciate any help.

At this time that is correct. This is my first time trying it out and I am looking into ramifications with giving away prizes internationally. I wanted to keep it simple at first to get started.

Isn't an amazon gift card delivered digitally? If so, what's the problem ?

Have any of you two done this before? I am not opposed to it at all. Just my nature I am always very cautious when I start something new.

Oh, sorry I just thought that an amazon gift card would be a number or code that you entered to amazon. Nevermind then :)

Hecky, no problem. I don't want to offend anyone it's just that doing something international has a lot more issues that doing it locally.

Great offer, just a shame it is not open worldwide :(

I thought you got the discount code from Amazon via email if you got a gift card?

Thanks to everyone who got me thinking about opening up the drawing to folks outside of the U.S. I am going to send the Amazon.com gift certificate electronically and will be good for the Amazon.com U.S website. You can subscribe to the newsletter here. Don't forget to make a relevant comment on any of our blog posts here. Commenting on an entry will get you an extra entry into the drawing. Just be sure to use the same email address that you use for the newsletter.
