yes 3000 is only 10% of dp members, keeping in mind that probably like 50% are unactive members, and of the other 50%, like less than 5% will check this thread.

and a sig link cost depends on the person advertising, generally people will charge $1 per 100 posts, say, i would charge around $15 for one of mine
