Win $31,000 by SEO a site and selling a luxury villa

    The prize:
1% of the final agreed sale price of a villa currently on the market for 2.45 million Euros (3.1 million dollars, approx).

    What is 1%?
If the property sold at 2.45 million and you introduce the buyer you will get 1% which would equate to 24,500 Euros (31,000 dollars, approx). Introduce means the buyer contacted me from the website you have optimised.

    Payment:
Once the property has been sold and the purchaser has paid the full agreed price and signed the property deeds in the notary’s office, the 1% payment will be made - payment methods to be agreed.

    What I want:
My idea for this would be to create a new website (which I will own) with the aim of gaining page one position (for keywords related to the sale of this property) in all the main search engines and therefore finding a buyer for the property. I would also consider placing G ads (or other) on the website and would share this revenue whilst the property is for sale and the website is running.

    Building the website:
I am open to ideas on this and was thinking of a page about the property and then images on other pages. Similar to http://www.ainsworth.org.uk/sotogrande/villaforsale.html

    Why:
Why a new website? I already have 4 websites with the property for sale on it. However, it would be easy to track a potential buyer when leads for the property come in from the new site.

    The property:
Details of the property can be found on some of the sites in my sig or on www.ainsworth.org.uk/sotogrande

How do I choose the person to do this?
I want people to pm me or post in this thread their past SEO experience, example of current and previous SEO work and therefore the chance of selling the property. From this I may well place a poll and ask DP members to vote on who I should choose.

    How long:
For as long as the property is for sale or my relative decides to take the property off the market. A member of my family owns the property.

    Suggestions:
I am open to other suggestions and ideas as long as you describe in detail why I should consider another way of doing this.

    Other:
Would I consider several websites so more people can have a chance of gaining the 1%? I’m not sure about this but please give details on why I should consider multiple sites.

    SEO Conditions:
All SEO techniques have to be legal, no spamming of sites, blogs, guestbook’s, email accounts etc, cloning etc and no risk from being banned by any Search Engine.

    Questions:
If you have any then post them here so all can see my reply.

Yes see where you are coming from, but no fog here. It's all legit and upfront. If I could do it myself I wouldn't have been asking....hence why none of my sites below are high ranking.

Also that's why I say a new site and not one of my current sites, which means the credit and 1% will go to the right person for the SEO work done.

I'll reword and hope it passes.

Well keywords would be real estate / estate agent based and for the type of property (read the description of the property on the ainsworth.org.uk site). I made a mistake of posting keywords for another of my sites here and DP came top for those KW's Doh!

I've got quite a lot of IP's blocked, why....Well I'm fed up of scrapers and robots filling in my from and using my bandwidth up in a matter of days.

I did a whois on one of your URL's and note you are from Korea, unfortunatly most of the robots etc have been ip's from Korea, which has meant blocking those and/or whole ranges within Korea.

My customer base is within Europe/US and I've taken the decission to ban for the sake of my bandwidth and real clients..

Sorry that you are being effected by this, I'm sure you understand my reasons.

Did you note the IP address?
