    Unfortunately, whole industry took a huge drop in last year, advertisers just do not want to spend more money.
    We are doing a lot to increase the demand, but unfortunately supply still exceeds demand.

    My predirection right now is that we reached the rock bottom and rates will not drop more.
    If that is true(and rates do not drop during summer), I am expecting them to start rising slowly this year.

    That is a lie. Our popunder code in javascript is public. You can read what exactly it does and you will see that it does not redirect.
