    hi
couple months ago my site was removed from the adsense program due to some violation. Appealed it many times after removing the content but they will not change their stance. Its my only site getting good traffic. So im thinking, do a 301 redirect to a new or other aged domain, and put back adsense. From experience will it go smoothly? my content is nothing out of lines anymore and hasnt been for a while.

    comments/advice appreciated

hi..thanks..can you advice the correct sequence of steps? like
    1. specify 301 in webmaster tools
    2. export content from one to another
    3. wait x number of days before showing ads on new site

you dont need to export your content , you just have to buy a new custom domain name and redirect the old one to the new domain name and then apply for adsense with new domain name , and if you have adsense account you can add you new domain name and ads will start running on it normally.

Google are pretty smart when it comes to this kind of stuff. Try and apply in a partner or friends name - otherwise you might get refused anyway.

Husband/wife/friend/family member. If you reapply in your own name after being banned, you'll probably just get banned again.

I'm not banned. I use my account for many other Sites. The only issue is one of my sites got disabled from the program. Hence I'm trying to find out if legally I do a 301 with all legal content, will
    It cause an issue?

301 from a banned website to another domain, will eventually get your new domain to be banned as well. This is not the solution of your problem.

Google will find in no time and ban your whole account for lifetime..

redirect not working, as when it come to payment time they will bann your account and wont pay..
