I have two sites that I'm trying to actively promote and build up, they are www.fuckables.org (NSFW) and www.ladump.com (SFW, new version coming this week that is quite a bit nicer). I also happen to run a programming and webdesign company, and although I usually don't do this, I'm looking to find some people who have traffic and need a few improvements, or even a new site in exchange for decent amounts of traffic.
