If getting good webhosting / domain / reasonable cash up front is holding you up, here's an offer for you to look at. If you're looking for a freebie, this isn't it. I'm proposing this as an exchange, willing to work on a profit sharing approach or with any other kind of compensation in kind rather than cash. Again, if you've got the next google or yahoo that requires #xx,xxx in upfront, I won't be able to help. Save yourself the trouble. I'm able to consider anything from low $xx to high $xxx. 1) Send me the details of what you have in mind (type of site, business / revenue model if applicable, your skill sets and ability to take it through). I'm ok with most types of sites (including turnkeys) - however, no warez, porn, or bandwidth intensive (file sharing / upload / proxy sites). Also include your estimated max requirements (space and bandwidth, any other special requirements). 2) The other thing you'll need to include is your proposal for sharing. I'm ok with profit sharing or any other creative offers including services / links / content etc. Don't restrict yourself because you think I may not like the offer - try your luck! I'm in a nice frame of mind right now due to some good developments elsewhere, so you might just get lucky! 3) If your proposal interests me, I'm willing to sign up for a webhosting package for 1 year from one of the large hosts (netfirms / dreamhost / other). Usually most of these packages include a domain registration free. Alternatively if your requirements are smaller, I'll look at a suitable package from resellers. If there are any special requirements (dedicated server etc.) - will still consider, but chances are lower. 4) I'll provide you with access to the hosting package to set up / administer (ftp, or if required control panel access) - or do the required setup and provide you with the login details. 5) I may be able to provide other assistance (promotion, content, links or outsourced services and the like) - if so, I'll state what additional I can provide you. 6) Ownership transfer will be done based on milestones / completion, to be mutually agreed. It can happen even on day 1, or might be only after completion - I'm flexible, but this has to be worked out. 7) Assuming we reach agreement on how the process will work, it can go ahead right away. I'm open to around 5 - 10 such, depending on the amount and effort from my side required. Best wishes.
