I am looking for a webmaster who is familiar with graphics, website design, and Joomla. I am looking to create a base design layout with easy use in the backend to that I can update and add articles whenever I want to, change topics, ect ect. The work required will be a fully functional design and layout made to specifications as well as creating all the features I want as specified. The entire compensation for work completed will be 200 dollars. PM if interested in undertaking this project.
