    Looking to purchase content sites with solid backlink profiles. Willing to offer $1000 for PR3 or $1500 for a PR4 site IF it:

    1) has unique content
    2) has good SERPs on their relevant keywords and
    3) has good backlink profile (no spam links)

    Not interested in community sites or sites that will require significant maintenance. Open to higher PR sites as well provided they meet the above criteria.
