Hey, you can remove the send money limitation by verifying your proof of address, it will lift up your sending to 500$/month and if you wanna remove it forever, then you need to add a CC/VCC

I doubt if anyone can remove your paypal limitation,why did u open US paypal account when u r not from US?

My contry does not support paypal. anybody can take my money. I would prefer to give money to DP user rather than Paypal.

 

Yes it does if your account haven't been verify yet and you can withdraw the money easily after adding your bank account number so it is very important to keep your account legit if you wish to withdraw money.

Normally PayPal send the money over to your bank very fast but it is the bank processing time that will consume around 3 to 4 working days for the money to be credited to your bank account.

So blame your bank if its slow cause that's what I do.

 

I don't really support what you are doing if you wish to withdraw your Paypal account money.
